01The form

Six boxes, and one person at the other end.

Every box except the message is needed for a useful reply. The list runs from the free check at $0 to a certificate at $32,000. If you are not sure, keep the first choice. Nobody will call you.

Prices are fixed. The printed price is the price for everyone, and anything over $15,000 comes by invoice. What can change is the scope. Tell us how many rows of your register you hold, and the reply names the smallest door that fits.

Three have a second half. A certificate cycle runs sixteen weeks, and renewal after it is $7,200 or $12,800 a year. Staying ready starts at $1,200 a month for one part of your business, and runs to $48,000 a year for five. The ninety-day assessment covers ten rows of your register at one place.

Your message stays in one email inbox. We do not add you to a mailing list. If “Send the message” cannot get out of your network, your own mail program opens with the message already written. If that is blocked too, press “Copy the message”.

    Do
    Press “Send the message”. It goes to one email inbox.
    Who
    You send it. One person opens it, not a team.
    Time
    Four minutes to fill in. It arrives at once.
    You end up with
    The word Received on this page, and your own copy if you ask for one.
    Done when
    You can see the word Received, or you hold your own copy.

    A written reply comes back inside two working days

    Do
    Read the reply. It answers your question and names the printed price.
    Who
    The same person who read your message. Nobody else is copied in.
    Time
    Two working days at most. If the second day passes and nothing has come, write again to hello@agiready.com and your message goes to the top of the queue.
    You end up with
    A price you can forward to whoever pays. The written report is $290, the Ten-Row Review is $7,500 and the briefing is $3,500.
    Done when
    You can read the cost without asking twice, and nothing is booked.

    If the first move is yours to make, the reply says so

    Do
    Follow the steps in the reply. Where you can do it without us, we say how.
    Who
    You, and whoever owns the work you named.
    Time
    An hour or two, and none of it needs a meeting.
    You end up with
    The first two rows of your register written, each naming the work, its owner and a review date. Then a short list of what to do next, in order, and no invoice.
    Done when
    Those two rows are on the page, each with a name against it, and it cost you nothing.

What to do while you wait. Put a name against the work you asked about, and a date when somebody last looked at it. The reply asks for both.

03Before you write

Three things to have ready.

None takes long, and the reply is far more useful if you bring them.

  • Your reading from the check, if you have taken it. Paste the summary into the message. If you came straight from your result page, it may already be there.
  • One thing you declined because trying it cost too much. Name it, say what it would have cost when you said no, and what trying it would cost this month. Those two numbers tell us more than a page of plans.
  • One thing a machine already drafts, suggests or decides in your work. Name the work, and name whoever owns it today.

What to do this week. Take the check on Tuesday, then write on Wednesday with your reading in the message. A reply lands by Friday.
