We test each row six ways. Does it exist, is it dated, and does one person own it? Is there a transcript, is the human judgment written down, and was the machine’s room decided?
Each gap names the smallest thing that would close it, so your own team can start on Monday. Every AI number in your last board pack is traced, or marked absent.

You send whatever you hold: the register, the record of calls, the dates.
We read the six areas against three levels: Foundation, Advanced and Leader. Every missing document is named, with the test it must pass.
Five working days, at $9,500, credited in full against a cycle you start within twelve months.
Not a certificate or a repair. If the answer is no, nothing more is charged.

03The long reading
The long check, and the two decisions that can be taken on its file.
The assessment ends in one dated reading of what you have carried and finished. What happens to the file afterwards is a separate decision.

The panel’s decision on the same file, with a seal
You send the same file, and nothing more.
We read it with a panel, none of whom advised you in the past two years.
You get the certificate, the seal with its number, and a line on the public list.
Sixteen weeks once the panel exists, at $32,000 a cycle. Renewal is $12,800, and a letter an insurer can rely on is $4,500.
The panel is named by 15 January 2027, and nothing is decided before it exists. Deposits are refundable in full until then.
A founding place is $40,000 for the readiness review, this cycle and the first renewal. Bought separately that is $9,500, $32,000 and $12,800. The review credits its $9,500 back against the cycle, so the three come to $44,800.

04Keeping it current
Keeping the reading current is a subscription, and every paid door includes some of it.
You send the register and the attempt list, and we hold one live copy. Every ninety days the reading is run again.

Training and design work, each line with one price and one end.
You send real work: your own transcripts, your own register, your own contracts. None of it grades a named person, and none of it runs your systems.

06Which door first
Each door answers a question the one before it raised.
If nothing is written down yet, take the check. If ten rows exist and nobody outside has read them, take the Ten-Row Review.
You can stop at any door, and most organizations should stop early. If your own team already keeps the register current, say so and we will stop selling to you. That means a name and a recent date on every row. Every price here is also on the pricing page.
